Storyboarding – Level Select Logic

Adding the level logic within the storyboard to have a complete playthrough from start to finish with working game logic. The Level selects use a series of different hotspots and placeholder images in order to allow the player to navigate from scene to scene during gameplay.

Even though the player is allowed to interact with the hotspot for the level selection the area relevant to them will only be displayed with its hotspot whenever they need to be so we are providing the player with guidance of where they need to go next by making the relevant placeholder geometry glow when hightlighted by using a highlight script.

The placeholder is made to appear transparent by using a material and edited the shader to Legacy shaders/Transparent/Bumped Diffuse within Unity.
